Eligibility & Acceptance
You may use the Services if you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and meet the minimum educational requirements (SSCE for QYL; First Degree or equivalent for QLEM Programme). Participants must commit to the 80% attendance mandate across all sessions. The Quest Centre reserves the right to refuse access or terminate enrolment if eligibility requirements are not met.
Nature of Programmes & Accreditation
Quest LA offers professional, practice-oriented education. The Executive MBA issued by our partner, RISE, is a Professional Degree and NOT an academic one. For our QLEM programme pending accreditation, participants acknowledge that outcomes are determined solely by the accrediting institution (RISE) subject to Roxbourg Accreditation Board (RAB) evaluation.
Registration & User Accounts
Participants may be required to create an account to access programme materials, seminars, and digital platforms. The Quest Centre is not liable for losses arising from failure to safeguard account information.
You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account
- Notify Quest Leadership Academy immediately of unauthorized access
Professional Conduct
Participants are bound by the I-QUEST Standards and Compass Principles as outlined in the Policy Manual. We maintain Zero Tolerance for threats, plagiarism, data manipulation, or unprofessional conduct. Such actions result in Institutional Separation (Immediate Dismissal) without a refund. All sessions require a "Cameras On" policy and professional attire.
Fees, Payments & Scholarships
Programme fees are payable in accordance with the agreed schedule. All fees are final and non-refundable once admission is accepted or digital access is granted. Scholarships are need-based and discretionary; they may be revoked for violations of the Code of Conduct.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
You retain 100% ownership of your Venture Intellectual Property. However, The Quest Centre retains exclusive ownership of all Academy Property, including proprietary tools, seminar recordings, and the "I-QUEST" framework. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Academy materials for commercial purposes without written consent. You grant Quest LA a royalty-free license to use project summaries or testimonials for internal research and Academy promotion.
Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to uphold the Academy's core values (I-QUEST: Integrity, Quality, Uniqueness, Excellence, Synergy, Transformation) in dealing with the Quest Community—peers, colleagues, faculty, administrative team, leadership committees, standards advisory board (SAB), advisory board members, industry mentors, and associated partners.
Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any behaviour that compromises the integrity, safety, or professional standards of The Quest Centre community, including harassment, ethical violations, misrepresentation, or the unauthorized sharing of confidential materials or as specified in the Quest LA Policy Manual.
Quest Leadership Academy reserves the right to impose sanctions and corrective interventions—including formal warnings, suspension, or immediate dismissal without refund—for any violation of these standards, whether occurring on or off duty on participants whose conduct undermines learning integrity or community standards.
