Rosemary Ejiroghene Osiobe

Rosemary Ejiroghene Osiobe is a legal and corporate consultant with a BA in English Language from the University of Lagos and an LL.B in Law. She is currently concluding her Master’s program to further strengthen her expertise. As principal of R.E. Osiobe & Associates, she serves as a barrister, solicitor, and advisor in property and corporate law. Her competencies include legal drafting, research, negotiation, litigation, and corporate compliance. She has registered over 30 corporate entities and drafted numerous legal documents such as tenancy agreements, deeds of assignment, and contracts. Her experience spans roles as a sole practitioner, legal intern, and former primary school teacher. Her objectives include delivering ethical legal solutions, expanding her consultancy, mentoring young professionals, and bridging law with enterprise for sustainable impact.
