Omololu Layie Ayeni serves as a Chief Superintendent in the Code of Conduct Bureau. Omololu’s work experience spans over ten (10) years in the areas of monitoring, evaluation, project management, finance, budget, research methodologies, fraud investigation in public sector and private service industries.

Omololu has expertise in personnel management of staff in the private/ public sector, in-depth analysis of projects carried out in the public sector and Investment Management of financial portfolios. Providing assistance in the administration of a section through policy formulation, execution & review and regular reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual activities through designated official templates and channels. Areas of strength includes maintaining confidentiality and data protection of sensitive documents from unauthorized individual and organization. Recommending management use of control systems, corporate planning and strategic management as essential tools for organizational efficiency and effectiveness. He has been involved in the training of junior staff in the areas of fraud investigation, occupational health & safety and cyber security measures. Advocacy activities are on code of conduct for public officers and whistle blowing in case of breach. Omololu takes pride in leading strategic policing, operational excellence & policy engagement.
