Fatima Yahaya is an experienced Corporate and Commercial Lawyer with a detail-oriented, research-driven, and solutions-focused approach to legal practice. She has extensive experience providing legal advisory and transactional support across diverse sectors, including banking, renewable energy, technology, and the entertainment industry, supporting both local and international clients.

Her practice is centered on corporate governance, contract negotiation, intellectual property (IP), and regulatory compliance. She ensures clients remain compliant with applicable laws while achieving their strategic and commercial objectives.

Fatima currently serves as Legal Counsel at the Nile Group, advising on corporate governance, contract negotiation, IP, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Associate at El-Rufai Attorneys, where she participated in Regulatory Compliance and Transaction Advisory services for SMEs and start-ups.

Committed to continuous professional development, Fatima has actively honed relevant skills by attending conferences and trainings on Business Law, Islamic Finance, and Data Protection. She is a certified Data Protection Officer (DPO).
